Club 3000 is one of the largest bingo operators in the UK. They wanted to make a move into online gaming and Fiora was briefed with integrating the new online gaming platform, creating a comprehensive brand and a site redesign that ensured ease of navigation for users.
A redesign of this size involved numerous tasks and we began by dividing the job into clear sections; UX, brand style, UI, web design, character design and content mapping.
In order to create a seamless user journey, we began with a comprehensive UX task, ironing out any potential issues that might arise.
An entirely new brand style might confuse current customers, so we created assets repurposed from existing brand elements. These assets could be used across a variety of channels, from email letters to social posts, creating a unified style across the brand.
The new brand style was applied to the user interface and we created a suite of iconography that helped with overall ease of navigation.
To help Club 3000 stand out from other operators, we created and brought to life a memorable bingo ambassador in the form of Ognib – a one-eyed alien who became the start of our campaign launch.
To showcase the heart of the Club 3000 story, we developed an eye-catching video to sit alongside our launch campaign. This showed bingo players unleashing their ‘inner winner’ when winning at #OutOfThisWorldBingo.
A carefully planned calendar of social posts were set up for the launch, utilising Ognib and the new visual style.
The creative and meticulously planned launch helped Club 3000 stand out in the crowded world of online bingo. With the tools we had equipped them with: a unique look, new ambassador and selection of assets, Club 3000 were in a position where they could continue their journey confidently and with full clarity on who they were as a brand.
