Due to exciting rapid growth we are now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our expanding agency. Along with a passion and dedication to digital, you will need to have a strong track record of managing all kind of projects from creative designs, web design, social performance and digital media by using the team of experts to hand.

As a Senior Account Manager at Fiora you will be working with one our largest enterprise clients, focused on ensuring that they experience the very best of what Fiora has to offer via the sales and management of our Products and Services. With a culture of continuous self-evaluation, you will seek to demonstrably show that you are not only acquiring expertise and skills, but are passionately connected to the objectives of the business and those of your clients.

Experience of managing budgets and retainers is also a MUST. Ideally you would have also worked in a regulated market.

The successful applicant will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a multi faceted approach with a methodical mindset. Task management, analytics and reporting will be a daily priority to ensure that projects are always delivered on time, whilst maintaining the highest of standards.

Reports to: Account Director

Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of one of Fiora’s largest clients.
  • You will be managing significant revenue on behalf of the business and will be working to set Revenue & Margin Targets. You will manage and maintain detail that can be presented internally that allows you to demonstrate & show the highest level of client knowledge: your goal is to be the ‘trusted advisor’ with overwhelming expertise on your client and Fiora’s products and services.
  • You are to produce and monitor accurate, clear forecasting information for the business.
  • Your goal is to Develop, Maintain and Protect Revenue to the client via Digital Marketing strategies: in parallel of this task to form meaningful relationships with Executive and Senior Leadership at your assigned Account, with the support of your line managers, to ensure a deep understanding of their internal goals. Client entertaining will be expected.
  • Collaborate with our Product & Operations Solutions Team to ensure we grow successfully our business within your assigned Portfolio. While this is an individual contributor role, you will be helping with coaching and mentoring as requested by your line manager. On occasions you will be required to present to the Business on your activities.
  • Combine creativity with knowledge of Digital & Traditional Marketing Practices thus to consult on an effective omni-channel strategy using the services and solutions that Fiora offers.
  • Confidently, lead and manage support team to ‘client mission’ to present, develop and deliver successful products.
  • Analyse customer data and industry trends to make informed recommendations and suggestions to your customers. To share best practice on successes to the Wider business in internal team meetings.
  • Accurate management of CRM to properly track and report Sales progress and identify records for all customers to allow cross departmental collaboration
  • Confidently present Fiora, our products and services in an articulate manner to Account Directors, Advisors and wider client services team colleagues to ensure training and skills are continuously developed.
  • Provide support, guidance and development to team members in an inclusive environment.
  • To act internally and externally as an Ambassador of the business at all levels – you will be expected to travel and and attend minimum levels of meetings.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of agency experience
  • Experience of working on high-quality digital projects
