Due to exciting rapid growth we are now looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our expanding agency. Along with a passion and dedication to digital, you will need to have a strong track record of managing all kind of projects from creative designs, web designed, social performance and digital media by using the team of experts to hand.

Your main focus will be to ensure clients we engage with as a business are experiencing the very best of what Fiora has to offer via the successful delivery of our products and services; with a culture of continuous self-evaluation as part of your role – you will seek to demonstrably show, that you are not only acquiring expertise and skills, but are passionately connected to the objectives of the business. As part of the client Services Team you will be often the front face of what we offer and represent the personality of the of the business.

In short, we’re after a thinker, a doer, a communicator, a self-motivator… Someone who knows how to manage a client account effectively.

Reports to: Senior Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • As an (Client Services) Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling and managing, with an Account Director, the Portfolio of clients which we have as a business – these clients will be from small, medium to large size – based upon agreed House Metrics.
  • You will be managing significant revenue on behalf of the business as part of a team and will be working to set Revenue & Margin Targets. You will manage and maintain detail that can be presented internally that allows you to demonstrate & show the highest level of client knowledge: your goal is to be connected always to the client vision’ with the ability to show product and client expertise and ensure that the client harnesses the Fiora products and services.
  • You are to produce and monitor accurate, clear forecasting information for the business: which allows you as part of the client Services Team to exceed annual set targets – you are to maintain a minimum level of detailed communications with the clients on all aspects of financial activities to ensure financial goals are met ensuring written documentation of events (always).
  • The Account Team and Sales team will be Accountable to the primary relationship however, you are responsible for working with them in a team manner to execute the delivery and co- ordination of our services and products. You are to form meaningful relationships with the clients, to ensure a deep understanding of their internal goals. Client meetings will be expected internally and occasional client visits.
  • You will collaborate with our Project Teams, Creative Teams & Heads via your line manager, being informed of company strategy, to ensure we grow successfully our business with the goal of being best in class. While this is an individual contributor role, you will be helping with coaching and mentoring new starters as requested by your line manager. On occasions you will be required to present to the Team on your activities and problems and how you managed the satisfactory client outcome.
  • Your Role is exciting in that you are to learn about many different disciplines in the business.
  • You will use creative thinking with knowledge of Digital & Traditional Marketing Practices, using DATA to build out recommendations to the Account Directors – thus to consult on an effective omni-channel strategy using the services and solutions that Fiora offers
  • Confidently interact and understand ‘client mission’ to present, develop and deliver successfully – you will be encouraged to build client recommendations to your Account Director.
  • Analyse customer data and industry trends to make informed recommendations and suggestions to your customers. To share best practice on successes to the Wider business in internal team meetings.
  • Accurate management of CRM and Wider business tools – to properly track and report Sales progress and identify records for all customers to allow cross departmental collaboration
  • Confidently present Fiora, our products and services in an articulate manner to Account Directors, Advisors and wider client services team colleagues to ensure training and skills are continuously.
  • Provide support, guidance and development to team members in an inclusive environment.
  • To act internally and externally as an Ambassador the business

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of agency experience
  • Experience of working on high-quality digital projects
